Week 17-19

My oh my, What a crazy couple of weeks. Know I am behind on doing the blog, but I am determined to staying on top of the thing weekly.

I did get some stuff accomplished:

I adopted 3 angels from the Salvation Army: 10 yo girl, 10 yo boy and 4 yo boy. Bought them each a jammy set and a toy from their list.

I gave $2.85 to two people on the street that asked for some money.

I drank a $50 bottle of wine with my good friend Michele. She is also a wine aficionado. She picked the bottle out at dinner and we enjoyed it together. I would not have wanted to complete this task with anyone else but her!!

Went to a Saints game in Tampa. November 22 brought a road trip to Tampa and a win for the Saints. We are on our way to the Superbowl and a perfect season. Who Dat!!!

Gave Mark a foot rub after he spent a weekend pulling brush on the potential new disc golf course site. We was tired and needed it desperately!!

Read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Kiddie, I know--but the book was well over 750 pages!!

I entertained John and Cathy for dinner. I made authentic Chinese dishes in honor of our trip to China. It was an amazing meal and it will go into my Favorite Recipes folder for future use. Also hosted a football night with Mike, Tracey and Erin in attendance. We watched the Saints pummel the Pats and enjoyed cajun sausage, peppers, onions and homemade fries--YUM!!!

Mark got 2 more love notes. Both simply said RAWR, which is dinosaur for I Love You. Left on on a posty note on his computer and one in his mileage book in the car.

Watched 3 more movies on the list:
Rear Window--Wicked good!!
Gold Diggers of 1933--We're in the money!!
Casablanca--Hello, it is a classic!!

Put more cash in the mortgage fund and the Roth IRA fund. Will probably jump on these two and take them to the next step.

Still drinking water, flossing and turning the water off.

Next week I will be on time---I promise
